"AŞURE"
We are now in the month of "Aşure" which
is a traditional meal.And Aşure is our tradition for hundreds of
years,we cook it in huge cookers with lots of various
nuts,sugar,apricots, pulses together.This month, everyone shares the
dishes of Aşure with the nieghbours. This is a religiious
and national tradition.We believe that this brings us abundance.
According to our belief, it is a must to share Aşure with another people (
neighbours,relatives,friends,etc).Everyone shares their Aşure in this month.

Aşure is a kind of dessert.Traditional Turkish
Dessert.First,it is like soup,when you put it into the fridge it becomes a
little puding.We have everything in it; nuts, apricots ,sugar,grapes,wheat,
haricot bean,etc.
It is really
delicious..... :))
